As a morning person I love having breakfast. If I start the day well, my whole day goes well. Good breakfast. Good day. Good life.
Here I collect my favourite places to have breakfast, around the world.
Italy – Matera
The only vegan breakfast place was closed, so we bought several goodies in the supermarket to enjoy in the sunshine from a place in the old town, overlooking the acient houses.
Italy – Tropea
We accidently found this hidden gem, passing by. Behind a locked gate there is an old building, full of flowers as nature took over. We had different dips and red onion marmalade (marmellata di cipolle rosse) which is typical for the region.
Italy – Scilla
When you have a lovely AirBnb with a balcony overlooking to the sea, you prepare a breakfast. Bruscetta, freshly squized juice and fruit salad.
Italy – Tropea 2
The owner of the AirBnb has a little restaurant by the beach and the breakfast was included, which was not the best, but it was possible to order some extra bruscetta, so loved starting the day here.
Dominican Republic – Las Terranas
I have found this place on AirBnb. Louis and Sylvie makes homemade, bio, vegan breakfast from their garden. You can read my article about them here.
